Bluebonnet’s Liquid Magnesium Citrate is formulated with a special, water-soluble form of magnesium chelated to citrate. Magnesium is required in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body but is primarily known to calm the mind and body, reduce stress, induce restful sleep, increase bone density, and support immune and cardiovascular health. Available in a delicious mixed-berry flavor.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take one tablespoon (15 mL) daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Shake well before serving. Refrigerate after opening.
Other ingredients
Purified water, fructose, citric acid, natural mixed berry flavor, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate (to protect freshness), carrageenan, and stevia leaf extract.
Free of milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans.
Also free of gluten, barley, rice, and sodium.
